Siân Jones
Siân holds the position of Director at the global communications agency, Grayling, where she leads the Welsh Public Affairs Practice. In this role, she offers high-level political and communications guidance to clients spanning the housing, energy, manufacturing, telecoms, healthcare, and transport sectors, both within Wales and internationally.
With a background as a former Senior Advisor to the Rt Hon Lord Hammond, Siân has an extensive history in Westminster, serving in various capacities, including as a Special Advisor in the Department for Transport & Ministry of Defence, and as Chief of Staff in the House of Commons. Additionally, she contributed as a Policy Advisor at Conservative Campaign Headquarters, specialising in Welfare Policy.
Born and brought up in South Wales, Siân is a familiar presence in Welsh and National Media, providing political commentary in both English and Welsh. Her career began with producing business programs for BBC Radio Wales and has also worked as a Strategy Consultant and Market Analyst.
