Gareth Jones
Gareth’s previous role in business banking prepared him well to take up a position as a Business Advisor covering Barry, Cardiff, and Bridgend. Gareth became the Commercial Property Manager in 2006.
“I look after over 300 tenants at 15 sites across South Wales. It’s a hugely varied but ultimately rewarding role covering financial management of our property portfolio, budgetary control, environmental and health and safety compliance, property maintenance, contract management of suppliers, and property development and long-term strategy. In addition as Facilities Manager I ensure our staff have the appropriate facilities to deliver their hugely important and valuable services to businesses.”
Gareth says as a married man with three children he doesn’t often have time for hobbies, but when he can fit it in he can be found coaching South Gower’s Under 11’s rugby team. As an ex-rugby player for Leicester, Maesteg, Swansea, Caerphilly, and England U21, you could say he’s pretty well qualified for the role – who knows maybe Wales will come calling one day!
