As much of life is spent at work, creating a happy, enjoyable and supportive environment is important to us. We organise a variety of activities throughout the year (including our Annual Christmas Party) that bring colleagues together, offer time away from the desk, encourage connections across teams, and help everyone learn more about the people who make up the organisation.
Through the Community in Focus initiative, the team also volunteers time to support local projects and raise funds for charity. Activities have included Macmillan’s annual coffee morning, Red Nose Day and Children in Need, as well as hands-on projects such as tree planting, gardening and ‘DIY SOS–style’ renovations for local community centres.
