Pembrokeshire Business Hosts First Pop-Up Shop in Haverfordwest

18/11/22

Fresh off the heels of their successful shop in Pembroke Dock, The Pembrokeshire Pet Bakery will be open in Shared Spaces Haverfordwest until November 21st.

Looking for a gift for your four-legged friend this Christmas? From paw-sonalised biscuits to Pup-Cakes, Dog-Nuts to Woofles, sisters-in-law Ali and Kel are bringing The Pembrokeshire Pet Bakery to Haverfordwest for the first time.

Launched in 2021, Ali and Kel create fun, tasty and nutritious treats for pets, and what started with friends asking them to create different cakes and bakes for their four-legged friends, is now a successful business with customers across the UK.

Ali and Kel will be at the pop-up shop in Shared Spaces Haverfordwest until 21st November, so you won’t have long to grab your pre-made gifts and festive treats. They will be back though in December, from 12th to 23rd.  They’ll be holding biscuit icing demonstrations on December 17th where you can have a go at decorating treats to take home for your dog. Available on the day will be dog bone-shaped biscuits, pet-friendly icing, and coloured coconut to decorate you own personalised treats.

Gareth Thomas, Assistant Community Manager for Shared Spaces Haverfordwest, said about their upcoming pop-up shop:

“The beauty of our trading unit is that we get to see a variety of different businesses join us throughout the year and it’s great to welcome Ali and Kel from The Pembrokeshire Pet Bakery on the run up to Christmas. With a host of interactive demonstrations and a luxury pet photoshoot, this is a great opportunity for you to spoil your pooch with some festive treats and professionally taken photos this Christmas. Pop down to Riverside Quay to join them in November and December.”
