Business in Focus Purchase New Office Premises in Merthyr Tydfil

Business in Focus, the specialist business support organisation, has purchased new office premises in Merthyr Tydfil, expanding their network of properties across South Wales.

Crownford House will become another of the social enterprise’s business hubs, offering a home for small and medium sized businesses. The offices are situated in the heart of the community, in the town centre, close to all local amenities.

Each of the tenants in the new property will gain access to a wide range of unique offers and services that are afforded to all Business in Focus tenants, including a deposit equivalent to just one month’s rent, a one month notice period and no administration fees. All offices are fully serviced leaving the tenant free to focus on their business without having to worry about refuse collection, security or heating issues, and our experienced team are readily available with advice and support when needed.
