21-07-2010
Bridgend based electronics assembly company Newlec Assemblies, the exclusive manufacturer and sales representative in Wales for the market leading Wieland Electric’s range of modular wiring systems, has secured substantial supply contracts with the Grange Hotel Group and the Riverbank Hotel Group. With contracts for supplying modular wiring for power and lighting, Newlec Assemblies has seen its manufacturing output almost double over the previous year. Company Director Vaughn Smith believes that Newlec’s success is the result of delivering a flexible client-focused service and being able to offer customers an effective and efficient product.
Mr Smith said "Wieland Electrics has built a global brand and market share through designing innovative and technically advanced electrical modular wiring systems. Wieland modular wiring systems are considered within the construction market to be a marked improvement on traditional wiring systems. Modular wiring systems can be rapidly installed, are completely reusable and through their high level of technical design are relatively future proof."
Ioan Emmanuel, Director said, "From an efficiency and Health and Safety point of view alone, modular wiring definitely has a leading role to play in the present and future of construction. Crucially, in the Wieland product – we are manufacturing and selling the best in the market."
Mr Smith continued, "This superior product combined with our genuine concern for being a part of the solution for our customers has enabled us to build our business."
Newlec Assemblies has received grant support from the Welsh Assembly Government Single Investment Fund and has appointed Business in Focus to carry out marketing communication and strategic marketing services.
