When do the courses start and end?

Contact our customer service team on 0870 950 90 90 for details of start and finish times for training courses. Refreshments are provided during each course and all course materials are provided.

How many people are there on a course?

Delegate numbers vary from course to course, with group sizes ranging from 6 to 14. We ensure that all delegates receive the best training possible.

What happens if someone needs to contact me?

Call on 0870 950 9090, and the message will be passed on to the relevant people at the training centre. In an emergency the session will be interrupted, otherwise you will be given your message in the break.

What is the dress code?

There is no dress code for Business in Focus training courses. Training is carried out in a relaxed and informal atmosphere.

Is there parking?

Cardiff Bay – The nearest car park is the Red Dragon Centre where you can validate your ticket when you purchase food and drink. Treforest – this centre has adequate car parking both at the front and rear of the centre . Bridgend - There is adequate parking available at this venue.

Courses take place at the main Business in Focus locations.

Who delivers the training?

All of our courses are delivered by a team of highly qualified, experienced and specialist trainers. They share cutting edge experience in the field in which they train and exemplary presentation skills. More detailed information on our trainers is available on request.  Business in Focus is able to deliver business skills training which is either fully or part subsidised thanks to support provided through the Welsh Assembly Government and European Union.
