Trained as a corporate leadership coach at the BBC, Nicky specialises in working with new and established leaders who are challenged by team dynamics and complex organisational change.
Having worked in a diverse range of leadership roles in television production management for over 20 years, she brings to her coaching practice the experience of building and leading teams within a complex and rapidly changing environment. Working in partnership with their coach, clients are facilitated to identify specific goals and to think differently about ways of achieving successful outcomes, resulting in more fulfillment in their job role and a sense that they are contributing positively to their organisation.
A qualified coach, with a post graduate certificate in coaching, Nicky has been awarded BBC accreditation through Ashridge Business School. She is a qualified Myers Briggs practitioner and a member of the Association for Coaching.
